Privacy Policy for EveryDoc
EveryDoc is built on an uncompromising zero-knowledge architecture. We have no servers, no databases, and no analytics tracking. All document scanning, OCR, and cryptographic operations occur directly on your device. We cannot access, decrypt, view, or sell your documents.

1. Information We Do Not Collect
EveryDoc does not collect personal identity information, driver's licenses, passports, health cards, or contact details. The application operates client-side. There is no user account creation, no email registration, and no tracking of your activity within the app.
2. On-Device Processing & OCR
When you scan documents with your device camera, document edge detection, perspective correction, and optical character recognition (OCR) are processed entirely on-device using native platform frameworks (Apple Vision Kit on iOS and Android ML Kit on Android). No images, frames, or extracted strings are transmitted to external servers.
3. Cryptographic Storage & Cloud Sync (BYOC)
Each document is encrypted on your device using AES-256-GCM. Decryption keys are derived from your 24-word BIP-39 mnemonic or device Secure Enclave.
If you enable cloud synchronization, only encrypted ciphertext is transmitted directly to your personal Apple iCloud App Data container or Google Drive App Data folder. Neither Mt. Aden LLC nor cloud infrastructure providers hold the decryption keys to decrypt your documents.
4. Analytics, Telemetry & Third Parties
EveryDoc contains zero third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or user behavioral tracking tools. We do not know how many documents you store, what types of documents you possess, or when you interact with the application.
5. Biometrics & Operating System Permissions
Biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or Android Biometrics) is handled strictly by the underlying operating system. EveryDoc never receives or stores your biometric templates; it only receives confirmation from the secure enclave that authentication succeeded.
6. Data Portability & Deletion
You have complete sovereignty over your data. You can export your full vault at any time as an encrypted .everyarchive file, or wipe your vault locally with instant key zeroization.
