Terms of Service

Welcome to Cloud Skipper. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cloud Skipper mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Game"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Cloud Skipper, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or play the Game.

2. License to Use

MtAden grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

3. In-App Purchases

Cloud Skipper may include virtual currencies or virtual goods that can be purchased with real money ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Apple.

4. User Conduct and Leaderboards

When participating in global leaderboards via Apple Game Center, you agree to play fairly. You must not use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience or artificially inflate your score.

We reserve the right to disqualify scores or terminate access to the Game for users found to be cheating or violating these rules.

5. Third-Party Services and Ads

The Game integrates third-party advertising networks (such as Chartboost and Vungle). We are not responsible for the content of these third-party ads or the products and services they promote. Your interactions with these advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MtAden be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or device failure.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the Game or on our website. Your continued use of the Game following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
