These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cards Wallet application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Zero Data Retention & Offline Functionality

Cards Wallet is explicitly designed as an offline, Zero Data Retention (ZDR) application. We do not transmit, back up, sync, or store any of your data on our servers. All data you enter is stored locally and encrypted solely on your personal device. Because we have no access to your data, we cannot recover or restore any information if you lose your device, uninstall the app, or forget your passwords.

3. User Responsibility & Device Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your device, the integrity of your operating system, and the management of any passwords, PINs, or biometric authentication used to secure the app. You agree that Cards Wallet cannot protect your data against physical theft of an unlocked device, malware installed on your device, or third-party operating system exploits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by Mt Aden and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mt Aden, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of access to stored information, device failure, or any other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services. Due to the offline nature of the app, we hold zero liability for data loss.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mt Aden operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
