1. Information Collection & Use

CardsWallet does not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your personal data. The application has no networking code built into it. Because the app cannot connect to the internet, it is physically impossible for us to collect information about you, your cards, your usage habits, or your device.

2. Local Storage & Encryption

All information you enter into CardsWallet is encrypted using AES-256 and stored locally on your device's secure enclave and internal storage. Your decryption keys are tied to your device passcode or biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID). We cannot reset your PIN or recover your data if you lose your device or forget your PIN.

3. Third-Party Services & Analytics

CardsWallet does not use any third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporters, tracking pixels, or advertising networks. We do not know when you open the app, how often you use it, or what features you interact with.

4. Biometric Data

If you choose to enable Face ID or Touch ID, the authentication process is handled entirely by your device's operating system (iOS). CardsWallet merely receives a "success" or "failure" token from the OS. We never have access to your actual fingerprint or facial recognition data.

5. App Store Information

While the app itself collects no data, Apple (through the App Store) may collect standard download metrics and anonymous crash reports if you have explicitly opted into sharing them with developers via your iOS system settings. This data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
